Text Messaging Terms

Program. Roben Law, PLLC sends text messages to prospective clients who request contact and to current clients who agree to receive texts. Messages cover responses to inquiries, consultation and appointment scheduling, reminders, document requests, and updates about your legal matter. We do not send marketing messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number on our website contact or consultation form, in your signed engagement agreement, by telling our staff verbally, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of hiring Roben Law, PLLC and does not indicate that you are or will be a client of Roben Law, PLLC.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your matter. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more texts unless you opt in again by replying START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in information will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality. Text messaging is not a fully secure form of communication. Please don’t text highly sensitive information. We may ask you to call or email instead.
