How we use information. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations and appointments, communicate with you about your legal matter, and send billing and administrative notices.
Text messaging. If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, Roben Law, PLLC may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments, and legal matter. No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, or for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other information-sharing described in this policy.
Other disclosures. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only when required by law, court order, or the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct, or to service providers who help us operate our practice (such as our phone and email providers). These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or by text message is completely secure. Please don’t send highly sensitive information by text message.
No attorney-client relationship. Submitting information through this website or by text message does not create an attorney-client relationship.
