Jennifer J. Roben

Jennifer J. Roben is the owner and managing attorney at Roben Law, PLLC.  She practices in the areas of family law, guardianships/conservatorships, and probate litigation.  Ms. Roben focuses on practical, individualized solutions for her clients and their families. She has extensive experience in advising and representing clients regarding marital dissolution, custody and parenting time, child support, complex property valuation and division, business valuation and allocation pursuant to a divorce, spousal maintenance, and post-decree matters.

Ms. Roben is a graduate of Bradley University, summa cum laude, and a 2004 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, now renamed Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She is a qualified mediation and arbitration neutral and a trained financial early neutral evaluator as well as trained in the practice of Collaborative Law. She is a member of the Minnesota State, Hennepin and Washington County, and 19th District Bar Associations.  Ms. Roben previously served as the Vice President of the 19th District Bar Association and as an ethics investigator for the 4th District.  She currently volunteers her time through the Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN) and by serving as an ethics investigator for the 19th District.  She has been honored as a Super Lawyer in multiple years and has been ranked as a Top 10 Attorney in multiple years by several publications.  Ms. Roben has been honored as a North Star Lawyer for her pro bono contributions in multiple years.
